Digital Product — No Refunds

The AI Video Factory Playbook is a digital product delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods (which cannot be "returned" once accessed), all sales are final.

Before You Buy

We want you to make an informed decision. Before purchasing, please review:

Exceptions

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from downloading or accessing the Product (e.g., corrupted file, delivery failure), contact us and we will resolve it promptly — including re-sending the Product or providing an alternative download link.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchased the Product twice, contact us with both transaction IDs and we will refund the duplicate charge.
